Ouster announce changes to their standard warranty to one year from the delivery date. Existing warranties are unaffected and remain unchanged.
From July 31st, 2023, Ouster products will come with a one year warranty as standard, from the delivery data of your sensor. They are continuing to offer optional two and three year extended warranty plans at 15% and 35% of the sensor price.
Ouster say that this change is to bring them into better alignment with the industry standards, assuring customers that there will be no changes to existing warranties or the support provided for sensors already in the field.
