Why Choose Seyond Falcon K2 Ultra?
Ultra Long Range Detection
The Falcon K2 Ultra delivers long-range LiDAR detection reaching up to 900 metres, with detection of 10% reflectivity targets at up to 600 metres depending on the selected scan pattern. This extended range enables earlier identification of distant objects, making the sensor particularly well suited to applications where long-distance perception and reaction time are critical
High Resolution Scanning
Designed to combine range with detailed perception, the Falcon K2 Ultra provides equivalent to 152 scanning lines in its standard specification and ROI resolution down to 0.089° × 0.06°. This enables detailed point-cloud data to be captured even across large detection distances. Multiple preset scan patterns can be switched in real time, allowing the sensor’s field of view, region of interest, resolution and range characteristics to be adapted to different operating requirements.
Built for Harsh Environments
Built for demanding outdoor and automotive environments, the Falcon K2 Ultra operates across a -40°C to +85°C temperature range for all conditions. The sensor body is rated to IP67, while the optical window achieves IP69K protection, helping protect the system against water and dust in challenging operating conditions.
Efficient Integration
Powered by Seyond’s in-house designed ASIC, the Falcon K2 Ultra is engineered to deliver high-performance LiDAR sensing while consuming just 20W. Its compact 60 × 228 × 150mm housing weighs only 1.7kg, helping simplify integration where power, weight and installation space are important considerations.
